Will definitely be back!
Dennis studios is part of the Plessas Place Hotel, room was clean and maid visited daily. Breakfast at the hotel was basic but sufficient, cereals, meats, cheeses, pastries etc. Pool was quiet and clean, plenty loungers and nice seating areas. Drinks and food reasonably priced and delicious. Staff were friendly and welcoming, made us sad to say goodbye especially to Nikos and Yannis! Both great young men with great smiles! Ideal location, walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back very soon!

Scam structure
From the booking photos it presented itself as one structure and when we arrived unfortunately it was another one practically opposite. Dirty room and bathroom with nauseating odor. Rude and unprofessional staff. Terrible breakfast with little choice. I strongly advise against it

Avoid. Air con IS NOT included anymore despite previous reviews.
Terrible...VERY basic self catering. No chopping board, sharp knife, wooden spoon. Just 2 forks and knives. 1 teaspoon. A scratched to hell frying pan and a massive pan. The road next to it is motorway loud due to quads, motorbikes and trucks, ear plugs a must. We read that air con was included, it isn't! its 70 euros per week! which is extortionate! As is the hire of a safe 20 euros per week!.. and it's over the road in a 1970s looking safe block. The view looks over a car park/ car and quad hire / very tatty 'garden'. The same family that own Dennis own Plessas Palace and the hire car place and power wash at 7.30 in the morning. Also play very loud 1940s style Greek music at enormous volume, early morning too. The toilet flush broke...twice...and then still didn't flush properly, we had to resort to using the big pan to pour water in the toilet!...nice. The kitchen light didn't work and despite reporting was not fixed in 3 weeks. Balcony is peeling paint and there is nowhere to dry clothes. Plus sides are slim. Comfy bed and pillows. Cleaner was good. Sunset from balcony. We have been going to Greece for 25 years, the Alikanas area for about 10 and this is one of the worst. Avoid

OK for the money
Stayed for 11 nights last August and for the price it was ok breakfast was included in the price which you had across the road at Plessas Palace but make sure you get there well before breakfast finishes otherwise it will be gone. The rooms are small with a wardrobe and one drawer underneath that worked the other was nailed shut there is a small dressing table with a mirror above the bed is very comfortable the kitchen area is a bit tatty but only used it to make hot drinks. The bathroom is small and the shower is tight with the glass panel, my husband found it difficult sitting on the loo with the bathroom wall and the shower panel as he is broad shouldered , the shower was ok but didn't always have hot water, over all it was ok and you could use the facilities of the Plessas Palace which are good nice sized pool and nice bar area.

Good for the price & we would stay again
We stayed here for 10 nights in June/ July & for the price you pay you really can’t complain! It is part of the Plessas Palace complex which is situated directly opposite the apartments on the other side of the road. The rooms were cleaned daily & fresh bedding & towels every 2nd or 3rd day . The family that run it are the friendliest loveliest people & will help you with anything you need . Nikos bar , which is part of the complex, is a great hub with good food & happy ‘ hour’ every day from 6-9pm . Greek night was fun! We would stay again.
