A great stay

We had a few wonderful days at the Heliades Residence. The rooms are well-equipped, with many small details considered that simplify a self-catering stay, such as salt and pepper, dish soap and sponges, and there is even a washing machine. So nothing is missing! Several supermarkets are not far away, one is even within walking distance, and for those who do not wish to self-cater, there are various cafes and restaurants nearby. The accommodation has a great pool, and even pool accessories are freely accessible. There are plenty of parking options.
If any questions arise on-site, Pantelis responds very quickly to emails. :-)

Another wonderful stay at Heliades!

We had another fabulous day at Heliades Residence this summer. We stayed in Aegli as a family of four. It’s a great apartment and the two separate bedroom spaces work really well for either two couples, friends or adults and children. Having two bathrooms and two balconies means there’s plenty of space and you don’t feel on top of one another.
I really like the extra touches such as the electric blinds which keep the apartment dark early morning and cool against the daytime sun.
The kitchen has all the amenities you would need and although we didn’t do a huge amount of cooking in the apartment, preferring to eat out, when we did there was no shortage of utensils and crockery.
I really like the outside area at Heliades. It’s well manicured, the pool is always clean and my children really enjoyed the pool toys that were available to use. I love the sea views and it always feels very tranquil.
The area around the apartment is Chania and the nearby coast. The little beach that’s not far from the apartment has lounges a snack bar and lovely water for a quick refreshing dip.
Thank you also to Pantelis and his team for making us stay so enjoyable and answering any questions we had.
Will definitely be back again!

Heliades Residence

Our experience was really wonderful. The space was very spacious, beautiful, clean and had everything one could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There was absolutely nothing missing — there were all the amenities, but also lots of extra amenities and careful details that made our stay even better.
We would like to thank Mr. Pants for hospitality, courtesy and impeccable service. He was always available to help with anything we needed and really made a difference with his personal care.
A wonderful place that combines quality, cleanliness and authentic Cretan hospitality. We highly recommend it and will definitely choose it again on our next visit to Chania!

Accommodation that stands out.

Excellent stay. Treated room of new construction, with all the necessary. Friendly and discreet service from the owner. Stay in the pool without schedule. We'll prefer it next time.

Wonderful Residence

This was a great property. The room was very well equipped and absolutely clean. The bed, pillow, linens. quiet and blackout shutters gave me the best night's sleep in my entire Crete vacation! The shower was strong with lots of hot water.
The arrival instructions were clear and Pantelis thoughtfully provided a taxi recommendation. The restaurant recommendation (Bourakis) was also appreciated.
I only stayed one night but truly wish i had stayed longer!
