White Olive Cameo
The room was clean, the cleaning ladies were cute.
The food was very substantial and delicious, the waiters and waitresses were kind, polite and cheerful.

Great location, disappointing hotel
The pools were good apart from towards the end of our stay when most of the sunbeds were taken away, probably in preparation for the hotel closing a couple of days after we were leaving.
The all inclusive food followed the usual buffet style presentation but the standard was not good. There was no toaster for toasting bread at breakfast and the lunch time and evening selection of main courses left a lot to be desired. We went to an alternative restaurant 3 times during our stay in order to get a tasty meal.
On a positive note, all the bar and waiting staff were very amiable and efficient.
The room cleaning service was not brilliant as the bathroom was not cleaned often (the basin and shower not at all in the whole 2 weeks) but regular towel changes were available.

Worst experience ever
After being in the room for approximately less than one hour, we had discovered a bees nest on the balcony with a swarm of bees circulating. Again we approached reception with this and was offered a room upgrade for an extra €15 per night which was refused.
After spending one night in the accommodation, we were both unhappy as we were bitten by bedbugs, and also had staff burst into the room whilst I was not dressed. A member of staff did not knock. She simply use the key and letting herself in after leaving us in the room five minutes prior because she just cleaned it.
Again when we went to speak to reception, we met with a mile and I don’t know when asked to see a manager a manager was never present or available.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but on this occasion, I felt compelled to do so, because of the diabolical state of the room and the fact that the staff did nothing to help. I have never stayed in something so poor.

Anniversary get away
The location is great for quiet beaches. We have done some great boat trips and walked to Laganas.
The manager was really friendly and helpful .
So much to like . Will recommend
