bigger room than i expected, fantastic driver

ask for the english speaking driver, Gabriel. he got me to everywhere i wanted. he waited for 10 hours at the airport for my late flight arrival. when my flight was cancelled out of the country, he offered me help to check with his contacts and he got me out of gabon that very night. his whatsapp is 241 066250303. he is my Godsend

Excellen quality/price ratio

Hotel Imperial is a good place to stay. For a seminar, I spent 13 days at Imperial and really enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are functional and very clean and food is good. In my opinion the quality/price ratio is superior to most African hotels I stayed in. I also liked their willingness to resolve the small problems you experience in a speedy manner. Bernard, the technical staff, is very good at solving problems and finding solutions to your needs.
The only thing the hotel could improve is the unpredictable order duration of food in the evening. I good relatively complicated food within 45 min, but than a "croque monsieur" the other day took more than 90.
All in all, I would definitely choose Hotel Imperial again when in Libreville.

An Acceptable Restaurant

Our group was staying at a nearby hotel but we tried the restaurant at the Imperial a few times. The food was 'hit and miss'. On one occasion I had the hamburger and it was better than average, but don't ask for mustard. On another occasion I tries the fish soup and it was anything but acceptable. On my third occasion I had the pasta and it was entirely acceptable.
The restaurant's public areas are clean and the service is mediocre to above average. That being said, the there is a very interesting Indian restaurant less than a 5minute walk away and for value it is much better. Also between the hotel and the Indian restaurant is a 'hole in the wall' pizzeria where the pizza is made in front of you on a real wood oven, and this is a real little find for taste and value

Please improve the wi fi ...nice and cheap indian resturant nereby

This is a nice hotel.Nice clean room.Nothing outstanding but effective. But kindly improve the wi fi .Best thing about this hotel is that there is an indian resturant Le Shalimar nereby. This is probably the best option for an indian traveller if he does not have a kitchen in his hotel.

Plutôt Normal

Bon je peut dire en conclusion c'est c'est plutôt un hôtel simple et normal, pas de luxe il manque des fois de l'eau pour la douche et le toilette mais bon... côté propreté pas tellement côté restauration pas trop de choix en plus trop de retard et des fois pour le petit déjeuner tellement de retard que tu peux partir pour avoir un plan B hors de l'hôtel
