Great place for a stay
Very welcoming and helpful staff who are more than willing to help.
Rooms are fantastic, parking is easy and it a nice quiet area, but still with easy access to main roads etc

Didn’t stay at hotel as couldn’t travel due to illness and requested hotel to change or cancel booking with refund which they declined, not great to have such a non-considerate behaviour and lack of understanding

Great experience overall. The check‑in staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel felt peaceful and well kept. Our double bed was very comfortable, though the sofa bed wasn’t ideal for two kids because it was quite noisy.
The 4th‑floor room had a beautiful view, high ceilings, and plenty of space. I especially liked the automated shutters that kept the room cool.
The only downside was the separate toilet not having its own sink, despite the bathroom having two.

A pretty hotel, with lots of little upsets
A very spacious and pretty building near Lilles.
Cosy room and good breakfast.
But some little things were just plain weird :
- the AC was FULL ON, we caught a cold, and couldn't set a different temperature, only turn everything off
- only 1 passcard per room, even for 2-4 guests, and you can't take the elevator without the card, so lots of hindrance for nothing.
- only 1 roll of toilet paper, and we get only 1 more when we ask again...
- the shower had this horrible system where you get splashed with cold water from above, if you turn the shower off a little too much ; and the floor wasn't inclined enough for the water to go to the drain
- the internal phone didn't work, and it didn't bother them
- very little sound insulation, we guest above us made "boom" sounds when just walking ; and we heard the cars from the nearby road too
So a nice place for a little stay, but not to feel really comfy and at ease.

It is a shame that these inconveniences were not brought to our attention during your stay, as most of them could have been resolved quickly by our reception team. For example, we can adjust the air conditioning remotely from reception, and we would also have been happy to show you how to use the in-room tablet designed to control the temperature. If having only one key card was inconvenient, we could also have provided an additional one upon request.
We also apologize that you did not have enough toilet paper in your room. We are always happy to provide extra supplies whenever needed.
Regarding the shower, we are sorry for this technical issue, which will require maintenance. We also regret that the room phone was not working as expected.
As for the sound insulation, we rarely receive comments about noise between rooms. Road noise can vary depending on individual sensitivity, but for a future stay, we would be pleased to allocate you a room on the parking side, which is quieter, subject to availability and room type.

A nice surprise
The decor is really well done, the rooms are huge, as is the bathroom. You feel super comfortable there.
The only small detail missing in my opinion: a coffee machine or a bottle of water in the room, that would be the little extra touch.
Breakfast is simple but effective, with hot items, pastries, yogurts… In short, everything you need to start the day well.
I recommend it without hesitation!
