For a budget hotel it was perfect. It was clean and had everything you could require for an overnight stop on a journey. It is close to the shops and restaurants and was easy for parking. I would definitely stay there the next time I’m heading that way.

Amiable and helpful staff. Great value and a stone's through from the old town. Cheap public parking across the road.

Parking was on the street. Self checking can be intimidating for some. Not being welcome by real people is not so nice I think. Other similar hotels had very nice and welcoming staff.

❌ TO ESCAPE: An establishment that borders on unhealthy and humiliating

An absolutely deplorable experience. However, I had specifically requested a large shower when booking, specifying my needs (I weigh 140 kg). Result? I was parked in a tiny cabin where it is physically impossible to wash properly. It's discriminatory and shameful.
The state of the room is scandalous:
• Disgusting hygiene: The shower is not only narrow, but dirty. I found black residue (hair/mould?) on the plumbing elements. It's an assured infection.
• Poverty facilities: Even to take my medication, it's a fighter's journey. The supplied "glasses" are made of low quality cardboard, already very soft and unusable because tempered by ambient humidity.
• Zero service: We ignore your specific requests and leave you in the dirt.
If you have a certain build or just want to maintain your basic hygiene, go your way. This place does not respect its guests or basic cleanliness standards. Never again.
