In short, here is a hotel to which we want to return and this, for prices defying all competition!
The 3 and 4 competing stars of the area should behave themselves!

A little heavy boss...

To describe to you the disastrous night we spent in this hotel, I will go about it in a rhythmic and chronological way. A little context is needed, we are a group of 4 friends who came to Tarbes to participate in a Judo competition and we found the hotel of the White Cross to sleep there one evening. We arrive in front of the hotel located in the city center (which complicated the placement of the car) after a long afternoon of driving. So we enter the hotel where a man (the boss) greets us with a big smile. He gives us the keys to our room located on the first floor and accompanies us in it by explaining to us thoroughly every corner of the room. All the switches, all the electrical outlets, all the drawers have been methodically taken as an example to explain how the chamber works. Even the operation of the flush had to be explained. Not because the elements of the room are complicated, just because the boss mistook us for people not possessing an IQ more than double digits.
In short... The night passes and the next morning at breakfast, the boss explains once again how the breakfast works. A friend of mine made him understand that we knew how to use a toaster. While we were having breakfast, the boss was hovering around us until he came to lean on the radiator next to our table to bang the discussion. During this short moment, the boss notices that a friend of mine took 2 chocolatines from the buffet (at will). What a scandal!!! A little out of place with this behavior.

Faux avis écrit 10 mois après une soit disante nuit :
1) pas reçu ces clients : erreur d’hôtel
2) porte de l’hôtel toujours fermée, on doit téléphoner pour rentrer
3) je n’accompagne pas dans les chambres et ne fait donc pas de visite détaillée de la chambre
4) pas de chocolatine au petit déjeuner
Je tiens mon planning de décembre 2023 à votre disposition
Ces supposés clients ont beaucoup d’imagination.

Rest at the hotel

As soon as we arrived in the area we stayed in this very well located hotel, despite the noisy exterior.
The welcome was warm, the room was clean, the breakfast was plentiful. Relaxing place.
Good service and clean room and real bedding and very nice bathroom.
