Original, popular prices (the word having become a heresy...), welcoming.

Very well, Véronique is attentive and extremely dedicated, the solo rooms well, extraordinary view; there are missing, as in most collective chalets, only wooden shutters (thank you architects); remarkable site not far from the lake, accessible on foot by a trail... of mule!

Unhealthy hotel, lack of hygiene, non-functional bath (broken door without closure, rust)

Deterioration of the bathroom door closure,
Numerous traces of dirt throughout the room, including the bathroom,
Defective and deteriorated shower,
Traces of rust in the bathroom,
Privacy problem due to a balcony shared by three bedrooms,

Ask for a room with view

We stayed at this gite with a cycling club and had the half board (demi-pension) option.
The building itself needs renovations (At least a good coat of paint). Our room did not have access to the balcony nor the view.
The rooms are basic but ok.
Breakfast had enough options. No warm food, but enough bread, cereal, yogurts and fruits to make it a decent breakfast.
Dinners were ok, not great a bit rich on carbs, but sufficient.

Excellent stay, very sufficient comfort, quality cuisine not to mention the very welcoming team and service at all times. Well done to Fabienne, Thierry, Edith and the chef.
Recommended, what many of our group has already done...

Excellent séjour pour la Glagla race 2023.

Un accueil sympathique et prévenant. Une restauration simple, bonne et copieuse dans une salle permettant la convivialité et possèdant une vue exceptionnelle sur le lac et les montagnes. Des chambres propres, équipées de douches et sanitaires, et donnant sur une grande terrasse bien exposée. Des tarifs parfaitement étudiés pour une demi pension. J'ai passé cinq jours très agréables dans le centre "Les Alérions". Mention spéciale à la responsable qui est allée chercher un des hébergés, dans la nuit, le malheureux avait raté le dernier bus descendant du Grand Bornant.
