A happy experience

We stayed five nights at the hotel on this trip, we have stayed here several times before over the past five years. There have been changes since we stayed fourteen months ago, in that you can order a pizza or dip into some popcorn. You also can have a hot beverage, water has always been freely available. I believe they will continue to improve the comfort of guests in the lounge over the coming months..
The reception staff are happy to help and are very friendly. There are a few spaces in the underground car park for the hotel guests at 10 Euros a day which we used and found very useful.
The breakfast is sufficient. They do have good bread, croissants, small pancakes etc, Boiled egg, cheese, ham, fresh orange juicer, drinks machine etc. The staff are behind the scenes but always willing to help.
The rooms are tidied every day with a towel change by a friendly team. I agree that the pillows are too soft as stated in other reviews but the beds are very comfortable. There is sufficient lights in the room too. Again I agree with other reviews that the bathrooms could do with an uplift but they are clean. Ours had a bath with shower,
Sceaux itself is a lovely town with a variety of independent shops., many good restaurants, boulangeries, and food shops galore. The Parc de Sceaux is within easy walking distance and is a magnificent grand park with many superb vistas.

Is there a pilot on the plane?

1st reservation, by phone, never registered?…
Upon our arrival, we were given an occupied room with the guest very unhappy to see us enter her private space! Then another room where there was a pile of dirty laundry; over 2 days they forgot to clean our room. Does no one seem concerned about the guest?
Cleanliness almost non-existent and very superficial renovation (see photos), staff smoking cigarettes in front of guests while wearing disposable gloves, coffee machine broken on day 1, no more bread on day 2, sound of sandals dragging when the staff moves around, empty cereal jars, breakfast jam setup left out all day, tired World Cup balloons .
In short, unfortunately, a lot of disappointment.!!!!
I would appreciate it if All’Accord would provide us with feedback.

Je tiens tout d'abord à vous présenter nos excuses pour les erreurs rencontrées dès votre arrivée. La réservation qui n'apparaissait pas dans notre système ainsi que l'attribution d'une chambre déjà occupée sont des incidents inacceptables, qui ne reflètent absolument pas nos procédures habituelles. Je comprends parfaitement le malaise occasionné, tant pour vous que pour la cliente déjà présente dans la chambre.
Je regrette également les manquements concernant le suivi du ménage, l'entretien de certaines installations ainsi que les dysfonctionnements rencontrés au petit-déjeuner. Soyez assuré que chacun des points évoqués a été analysé avec les équipes concernées afin de mettre en place les actions correctives nécessaires.
Concernant l'attitude de nos collaborateurs, je tiens à vous assurer que le professionnalisme et la présentation de nos équipes sont des sujets auxquels nous accordons une importance toute particulière. Les comportements que vous décrivez ne correspondent pas aux standards que nous attendons et ont fait l'objet d'un rappel auprès des équipes.
Depuis votre séjour, plusieurs actions ont d'ailleurs été menées : le problème informatique ayant affecté certaines réservations a été résolu, les travaux sur nos installations techniques ont été finalisés et nous avons renforcé nos procédures de contrôle en hébergement comme au petit-déjeuner afin d'éviter que ces situations ne se reproduisent.
Je suis sincèrement désolée que votre expérience ait été si éloignée de celle que nous souhaitons offrir à nos clients. Si ce n'est pas déjà fait, je vous invite à me contacter directement à l'hôtel afin que nous puissions échanger personnellement sur votre séjour et trouver une solution adaptée.

Good area and quiet

The room was not prepared but they kept the bags and after taking a little walk to know the area, we were able to go up to the room.
In the room everything placed and perfect (perhaps a fluffier pillows would be better, for my taste they are very soft). And the bathroom would have to be touched up. But everything's generally fine. Maybe a little small room but functional. There is individual air conditioning in each room.
The staff, especially the front desk person (brown young girl with long hair, I don't know her name) very very friendly and friendly. We had a problem with the dryer and the air conditioning and we fixed it right away. There is also daily cleaning in the rooms.
Breakfast is limited (not contimental with hot food) but varied, we liked for quality and presentation.
Very close to two RER (French commuter train) stations makes you plant in the center of Paris in 20-25min. Also about 15min from Orly airport. In that respect it is ideal.
We will repeat

Great location, parking is a huge problem except for overnight, room is functional but drab

I didn't see any difference between this and a standard IBIS other than that the decor didn't match the standard green and red. The room was drap and not nearly as nice looking as the photos. That said, everything worked, including AC and WIFI. Staff were helpful. The location is awesome, but there is NO PARKING. Their lot has 5 spots. There is no free parking anywhere in the area and the local lots max out at 2 hours, so you really cannot park all day. However it's free after 5pm, so if you are parking overnight, you are fine. Sceux is very nice, very clean and upscale and the RER is close.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The air conditioning in our room did not work at all, which made the room very uncomfortable, especially during the warmer weather.
The room itself also appeared unfinished, with parts of the walls only half painted, giving it a neglected appearance.
Breakfast was another let-down. The selection was extremely limited, with little more than croissants and French bread available. There was very little choice, especially for guests expecting a continental breakfast with a wider range of items.
Overall, the hotel did not meet the standard I expected. I hope the management addresses these issues, as they significantly affected our stay.
