One night stop in motorhome

We stopped in our motorhome for one night while travelling back up to Calais from the loheac Rallycross festival.. lovely sized pitch and was lovely watching children cycling around and enjoying their holidays..
nice walk to the harbour where we had a lovely meal. The bathrooms let the stay down for us.. it felt very dated and although it was probably clean.. it didn’t have that feel to it..
toilet block had big cubicals for a sink but showers were elsewhere
The pool looked nice but we didn’t use it due to just staying one night

Pleasant campsite

Campsite with great pitches.
Clean and recent sanitary facilities.
Pleasant swimming pool , with 1 slide , pity that there is no possibility to enlarge the space around the pool to be able to put your towel down when the weather is nice.

Can do better

Pleasant campsite in terms of location but a lot of regrettable inconveniences. If you don't put paper in the toilets because of theft, what about the soap missing from all the sink dispensers?
The lighting is either insufficient or non-existent in the aisles, in the toilets a presence detector or an indicator light on the switches would avoid fumbling after 9:00 p.m. to access the toilets.

Nice stay

Good campsite, good English is spoken. Spacious pitches and a nice indoor swimming pool with a slide. The sun terrace is new. There is a lot of investment in the camping, new tents and mobile homes. A nice detail is the small petting zoo.

Avoid!

This is possibly one of the worst sites we have had the misfortune to camp at. The showers are tepid, there is very poor lighting for the toilet/shower facility at night. There is no information where water points are (not surprising as most are broken) and the final straw was yesterday when they let a group of 9 men on in 5 pup tents with 2 'boy racer' cars. They were laughing and shouting till 4.30 am next to a tent with a young family in. And this is SUPPOSED to be a 'Family site'. Would definately NOT recommend this site for anyone!
