excellent

very good welcome very friendly; clean pleasant room, tea and tea making facilities , good bedding, breakfast and hearty and quality ..ideally placed to make the castles of the Loire ,I highly recommend ..

Comfortable but not very pleasant.

Comfortable rooms but very average welcome.
At first we were ejected by the gentleman because we had arrived a little too early, as well as other guests arrived at the same time,
Returning a moment later it took to access what appeared to be the reception to make its way through the small yard between the dogs under the supervision of the lady who was afraid that they would be let out.
The breakfast is good but the room also serves reception so we can not have a quiet lunch.
Actually, it's not really a Pension.

Wonderful hotel and top owners

Very warm welcome, top owners, we participated in the open days of the cellars, a wonderful weekend with lots of great meetings and good wine. The rooms are warm and the breakfast very generous. thanks again

Quiet location

This is not a hotel but definitely a B and B. Excellent clean rooms, good decor and bed linens. Very new stylish bathroom, immaculate. The owner emphasises quietness so is suitable for both single and mature persons. There is no bar for the evenings and not really a lounge. In warm weather there is a small terrace along side the quiet side road, where 5 red squirrels were seen. Very rural. Breakfast is a little limited in choice and the owner hovers watching every mouthful. There is a restaurant, not always open nearby. The property makes very good local wine Montlouis and I watched the chenin blanc grapes being pressed in September. Wine of course is available to buy. A nice souvenir

good two night stop.

Small family run "hotel" with fairly basic rooms and a simple continental breakfast. The beds were good, the bathrooms good and no noise that we noticed. Very welcoming with a glass of wine on offer and the family run restaurant 2 minutes walk away offered very good food at a reasonable price.
We found it very easy to find on our in car out of date satnav.
