Nice welcome in a beautiful setting. We'll be right back.

I went there for three days with my wife. We received a warm welcome from the scene master who was very close to us and helpful.
A beautiful setting that makes you want to go back every year. We will be there in July 2026 for three nights.
The property enjoys a very nice location.
We want to be treated this way everywhere. The owner made things easy for us by presenting us with many proposals to make our stay pleasant.
Thanks for everything.
We very much hope to be here next July.

Lovely old property, wonderful curated collection of furnishing and furniture, very friendly people and perfect location next to the harbour.

RIDICULOUS!!!

The location is alright although you can’t get to it with your car so beware if you have suitcases! The hotel (I would not call it that) is an old house reeking with old smell and old furniture but what trumps it all is the STUFFY, PEDANTIC, OVER-CONTROLLING owner who meets you when you arrive making sure you “KNOW” he is THE OWNER! He would not help us with luggage at all even with small bag saying that he is “THE OWNER and not the luggage boy!” He wanted to make sure he showed us EVERYTHING (how to lock the door too) in the way HE wanted it done. You feel completely watched all the time by him as he walks back and forth by your room. He then refused to give us a fork for our children’s breakfast that we brought in (because they overslept regular breakfast time) and first LIED that he did not have forks (even though he serves breakfast there and then said that “if you bring food from the outside why would I want you to use my fork???” RIDICULOUS OVER-CONTROLLING LUNATIC who should NOT be in a hospitality business! Oh and there is a big dog that blocks the entrance from rooms to the hallway so I could not move a suitcase without calling someone. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Hello,
Sorry if you were not happy during your stay. I recommand that you read the short description we wrote for guests. Of course our guest house was not the good choice for you. You respected nothing and nobody. We are not an hotel but a bed and breakfast where we are leaving with our dog (into the garden only). Sorry for that, it is like it is and you have been informed on the website before booking. You arrived with children whithout informing us in advance and whitout paying the additional cost. You did not close the door on the street so I had to insist to you to do it. You choose a old house (140 years old) and we present a lot of photos of the rooms, garden and house, so don't be surprise when you arrive. You had picnic in the garden which is not allowed (we are not a camping) and in addition you requested for free fourch, knife, water, glasses,...
So you are right never come back.

A secluded gem, beautifully styled, with a big welcome

A secluded gem in the bustling heart of St Martin. Jerome has created a beautiful guesthouse that has a home from home feel. The decor is just stunning, and we thoroughly enjoyed private drinks in the Lanternon overlooking the port. We will be booking again.
