A cocooning night

A welcome as we would like at every step of a journey, warm and smiling! We feel comfortable right now! St Gervais and its history. A room all wooden, very nice, a real cocoon. A fruitful and delicious breakfast. Thank you for this short but great stay.

Nice place, cozy, the staff is very caring for guests, very welcoming, good advice, skiing, hiking, restaurants .Great breakfast, good products , quantity, in a very warm dining room.I recommend!!

Excellent value

This is the third time we have come to stay at Chalet L Aiglon and as usual we are not disappointed. The comfort of the rooms, and the kindness of the owners, are the 2 assets of this place. Ideal for hiking with good advice from the owners.

Lovely Chalet, great location

We stayed at Chalet l'Aiglon during February half term for a family skiing holiday.
The welcome was warm, the room and bathrooms were clean and in good condition. The rooms are not large but sufficient in size.
There was a lounge area with open fire and a great selection of books about the Mont Blanc area.
Breakfast was nice with a selection of breads, croissants, cereals, yoghurts and jams to name a few. Nutella was also available which kept the children happy!
Parking was plentiful and it was a 3 minute drive to the town or the local free bus stop was about 100m from the Chalet.
The owner (Julien) was helpful for any questions we had.
The kitchen was well equipped for preparing an evening meal (Oven, Hob & Microwave).
Overall a nice Chalet close to the ski lift. I would happily stay there again.

Wonderful chalet just outside Chamonix

Wonderful chalet in the village of St. Gervais high above the valley floor. Host was very welcoming. We had a lovely corner room with views. Breakfast the next morning was incredibly generous by French standards and very tasty. Be careful as our GPS routed us on narrow windy roads to get there rather than directly up the main highway.
