Avoid at all costs
The pool, supposed to be the number one selling point in the photos: dirty, cloudy water, light-years away from the listing. The site's photos amount to false advertising, not highlighting.
Result: we left the same day and rented elsewhere, accepting the loss of the entire amount paid—because staying was simply not an option.
The icing on the cake: for the same price per night, we got a suite in a 4-star hotel, booked at the last minute. That is the level of discrepancy between what is charged and what is delivered.
Delusional rates for an unworthy service. To be avoided at all costs.

Nous tenons à préciser que nous n'acceptons pas votre accusation de publicité mensongère. Toutes les photos de notre site ont été prises avec un simple téléphone portable. Loin de nous l'idée de vouloir tromper les clients. Les photos du site internet sont bien les photos de notre piscine. De plus, nous prenons très au sérieux les contrôles ARS qui sont effectués chaque matin pour garantir la qualité de l'eau. Vous retrouverez les résultats affichés sur la porte de la réception.
Concernant votre réservation, vous avez réservé un locatif pour 10 personnes au tarif de 220 euros la nuit soit 22 euros par personne. Ce tarif de 22 euros donne à chacun l'accès à la piscine et au toboggan, l'accès au club enfant de 5 à 17 ans, l'accès à tous les spectacles du soir ainsi qu'à toutes les animations de la journée.
Nous sommes loin de tarif délirants :)
Puis vous comparez ce tarif à une chambre d'hôtel pour seulement 2 personnes sans piscine ni animations ....
Concernant la chaleur, il fait en effet chaud mais nous ne sommes plus en canicule et nous vous avons fourni 2 ventilateurs. Si celle-ci est difficile à supporter pour vous, réservez l'un de nos 50 mobil home climatisés dont 34 tout neuf qui ont été installés cette année :)
Votre message a juste vocation à nuire à l'image de notre établissement car nous avons refusé de vous rembourser sans motif valable alors que toute l'équipe du camping le royan est dévoué à rendre les vacances de chacun inoubliable. C'est dommage !
