Our first time in Rouen found it a really nice place can’t say to much as we only had one night but for what we paid I can not fault it . Basic but clean staff very helpful so would go back

3-star cardboard hotel

A shabby 3-star hotel
The only positive point is its good location close to the city center.
Nonexistent reception, room change without warning (sorry, 6 minutes by email before our arrival) offering us only the option to cancel for free.
Room with defective and dirty equipment
Industrial breakfast with limited options, no fresh fruit
The photos presented by the hotel are far from reality!
Paid parking!
Very disappointed, the hotel does not correspond at all to the reservation made... quite quickly a way out

A real nightmare!

Old-fashioned hotel, not very clean. Tiny room (bathroom ~4m2). Headboard wall dirty/stained. Curtains filthy with grime and holes from cigarette burns. Blackout curtains the same, partially unhooked. Deafening noise from the road below without double glazing because the window was broken and no AC, of course. The only positive points: clean sheets, a decent breakfast, and kind staff.
Where do the 3 stars come from???

Clean room but they certainly know how to make good use of fish eye lense. Very small room. Balcony that gives onto a large boulevard, smells of exhaust, no air cond, opening balcony window means letting mosquitoes in. Otherwise it is well located, easy to walk into the old Rouen, nice staff. Three stars hotel…but not the room I got.

Hotel has no air-conditioning despite being advertised as air-conditioned. It was too warm to be in the room during my stay when temperatures hit 35-37C. Missed by hotel. Brought this to receptionist attention who doesn’t seemed to think it’s an issue. It was a tortured 3 day stay. Skip this hotel from June to Sept
