A rejuvenating "family reunion" weekend

We were 40 people, spread across 8 cabins, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish.
A huge thank you to Manoua, Thibaut, Emma, and the entire team for their exemplary organization.
The site is beautiful and the activities are numerous: biking, swimming, boating, canoeing, paddleboarding, tennis, padel, pétanque, ping-pong, badminton, fishing, sauna.
Both young and old had fun non-stop throughout the stay. There was something for every taste and every age!
We were also very touched by the quality of the welcome. The entire team was attentive, always available, smiling, caring, and responsive to our needs. This constant kindness greatly contributed to the success of our stay.
The cabins were spotless, very comfortable, with excellent bedding.
The grills allowed us to share wonderful meals and memorable barbecues in a friendly and festive atmosphere.
Beyond the facilities and activities, we will especially remember the moments of happiness, joy, sharing, and disconnection that we experienced together. This weekend allowed us to reconnect, recharge, and create precious memories as a family.
A huge thank you to the entire Huttopia Lac de Rillé team for their professionalism, kindness, and commitment. It is rare for a stay to receive unanimous approval from such a large group... and yet, that is the case!
We are leaving with just one desire: to return as soon as possible!

Disappointing experience, failing staff

Night ruined by noise (drunk people) between 1 AM and 3 AM without intervention from the Huttopia teams.
Impossible to call the on-call service: almost no network on site.
No commercial gesture afterwards. → Failing customer service and unfulfilled promise of quiet.

Nous informons également systématiquement nos clients, à leur arrivée, des différents moyens de contact mis à leur disposition sur le site, notamment car la couverture réseau peut être limitée. Le lendemain, à la suite de vos retours, nos équipes vous ont proposé un accès au spa afin de vous offrir un moment de détente pendant votre séjour. Disappointment

Arriving you have to wait for a cart (in pitiful condition) to transport our things, no proposal of electric carts (in plain you manage...) the wood stove was full of soot... the beds not made while our host had paid the package... unheated pool while it was mentioned on the water site at 28 °. Personnel who do not feel concerned for the welfare of their customers. We will not repeat a stay at this type of property

great but impossible to call

Great stay, it felt like Canada in the wooden cottages! the kids 7 and 9 loved it. A PROBLEM anyway; the impossibility of calling because supposedly in "white zone"... When you have a loved one in the hospital or emergency to deal with, it is VERY embarrassing... We don't need the Internet without problems, but no contact with the outside world... I suggest that they organize the possibility of having access to some kind of cabin in the Welcoming
