Positive experience

We stayed at this property, with half-board, as part of an organized trip. Elegant and well-organized hotel: both the dinner, with a set menu, and the breakfast, varied and high-quality, were at a satisfactory level and the service was attentive, courteous, and professional.

Not even for free

A terrible experience that I wouldn't wish even on my worst enemy. The room was small and squalid, not to mention that the bathtub was old and full of stains; but the worst part was dinner, we were in a group and they put us in a sort of parish hall with small tables without a tablecloth or placemat, the amount of food was limited. Same treatment for breakfast but the food was of low quality, the salami had phosphorescent colors. Seriously not recommended.

Very old - Avoid

Hotel that no longer has anything to do with Mercure standards
Old furniture, stucco walls, small and old TV
Shabby curtains
Avoid at all costs
Only advantage: location near the train station and a large restaurant open 10 meters from the hotel
Immediate proximity to movie theaters - not exactly a welcoming location
And refrigerator broken for a very long time
Only positive point: the air conditioning

Price / quality not okay

Very friendly staff, but value for money not okay! Very expensive but quite basic, for example bottle of water in the room was not renewed, outdated bathroom, curtain hung loose. We went to breakfast late and not everything was replenished.
Good lifts and good beds.

Disappointed, disappointed, disappointed

A very high price for poor quality services. A multitude of unfilled holes in the bathroom gives a feeling of neglect in this area. The breakfast at 21 euros is just a scam considering the minimal offering.
