Disappointed.

Room 208 "superior"?? That was a long time ago. Dirty carpet! Orange silicone shower head that regularly detached. Worn-out hairdryer. Bedside lamp out of order. No extra pillow or welcome tray. A smell of food from the morning. Soundproofing needs improvement, especially if there are noisy neighbors.
Room not cleaned on the second day!!!!!
77 € for a double room without breakfast is expensive for the services provided.
One wonders if booking through a platform rather than directly results in being assigned a lower-quality room.
Does not deserve its 3 stars. Even though the location is ideal in the city center, next time it might be better to choose a hotel further away but more comfortable. With the metro, Rennes is very well connected.
