Check in rejection

Because they need to go to sleep.
I really panicked because I was refused to get in just in the middle of night thousands miles away home.
After that I just asked them to tell Expedia team about the rejection.
A couple of days later they sent me messages saying like this.
They are innocent.
So they will never get my money back.
They laughed me saying you are the one doesn’t know when to arrive.
And they told Expedia team I and they have discussed about refund issue and everything is sorted out.
I NEVER HAVE DISCUSSED WITH THEM.
Think about who you will deal with.
I have visited Europe more than 20 times but I have never seen ppl like this.
Be careful.

호텔에 전화를 하니 자기들은 새벽 6시에 일을 해서 자야하니까 당신 체크인은 못 받는다고 똑 같은 말만 되풀이함
수천마일 떨어진 치안도 안 좋은 나라에 밤에 무슨 일 당할까 생각에
어이가 없었지만 일단 알겠다고 하고 익스피디아에 당신들이 체크인 거부했다는 것을 알려주라고 함
운 좋게 고속열차 역 근처에 하룻밤을 묵고 익스피디아에 환불요청
며칠 후에 메세지 두 개가 불어로 도착
우리는 아무 책임이 없고 환불은 절대 있을 수 없다.당신은 당신 도착시간조차 모르는 사람인 것 같다.
화가 엄청 났으나 불어로 메세지 보내지 말라고 하고(그래도 두번째 메세지를 불어로 보냄)당신들에게 환불을 바라지도 않으니 익스피디아에 문제를 해결하라고 해서 문제를 바로잡을 것이라고 딱 부러지게 말함
그로 부터 며칠 후 익스피디아 팀에서 호텔과 통화를 해보니 당신과 상의를 하고 문제가 다 해결되었다고 하더라라는 메일을 받음
이 정도면 거의 상식을 거부하는 수준임
이 후기 이후에 또 어떤 패악을 부릴지 불확실함

Just for sleeping.

It's no air in the room and the bed are not really good, to soft, the blanket is not god.
But it's just for sleeping one night it's ok...
Small toilet and super small shower.
The stuff nice and good, the room clean.

You get what you pay for

This hotel has the best location! You are near to the beautiful cathedral and even nearer to the central city boulevard with lots and lots of bars and restaurants. There is an affordable parking on the other side of the street (€12 for one day).
Rooms are small and totally outdated but clean. It was almost impossible to close the door of the toilet because my knees were in the way :-). Staff was friendly and helpful.
You can't expect a lot more for a hotel this close to the city center offering you such a cheap price. Best price/quality!

What you pay is what you get for 55euro a night

This place is rated 31/2 star when it should be a 1. We booked this hotel for 1 night thank goodness. Whilst the room was clean and the bed comfortable, there was no air-conditioning,not soundproofed, small and cramped with dates old furniture. The shower fittings were faulty, and there was a lengthy flight up 2 floors of small cramped stairs to the rooms. The breakfast we paid 7 euros for a couple of baguettes and jam, cup of tea and orange juice. On the positive side, it is in close proximity to the shops and Vestle tram stop and 800 meters from the train station. The staff at reception were very helpful, though limited in speaking English.
