Terrible customer service.
I made a booking error regarding the destination at this establishment, where I have already stayed three times before. I am canceling one hour later. The establishment is informed by Booking about the cancellation. They are supposed to get back to me within 24 hours.
48 hours later, I follow up with the establishment to inform them of the cancellation and to ask if they can validate the refund.
I receive a flat refusal on the grounds that they have fees from Booking and that in this context, they do not issue refunds?!!
I come to this place regularly, and there is no commercial gesture in light of this situation.
Run away... it. Only money interests them, and in no case do they care about customer service.

Very expensive for just one room. Better a real hotel with breakfast for the same price!
It is just rooms with very hard mattresses and if you want to cook you will have to bring salt, pepper, sugar, etc...there is NOTHING but pans.
There is NEVER a presence at Welcoming which is continuously closed.
No help getting a breakfast.
No indication in the description as to a guarantee that will be collected upon arrival!
Everything must be paid before entering the room.
In short, VERY expensive for what it is!
Better a real hotel for the same price!

Misleading listing, no assistance and rude service
We messaged the receptionist, who admitted in writing that our room did not have A/C, and blamed us, saying we “didn’t book properly.” This was completely unacceptable, especially considering we had a screenshot of the booking that clearly included air conditioning.
We contacted Expedia support, and they confirmed the room was supposed to have A/C. Yet the hotel refused to provide any refund or alternative solution.
Earlier that day, we had informed the hotel we would arrive around 10:30 PM. The receptionist simply replied asking us to message him 30 minutes before arrival – which we did. However, when we arrived, he complained about our late check-in, even though we followed his exact instructions. I never had a problem like that in any hotel or AirBnB I stayed in in my entire life.
This was a deeply disappointing experience: false advertising, unprofessional attitude, and zero customer care.
Not recommended for anyone who expects transparency, reliability, or basic respect as a guest. We will continue to ask for a refund via the best Consumer Rights channels available.
