Simple, efficient and cheap (those that are rare)

Random stop for lunch. Surprise of a workers menu at 12€50, with drinks, starter, main course, dessert and coffee. Simple, but enough, it reminded me of my grandmother's cooking. 5 hot dishes, possibility to resume dessert. My 8-year-old daughter and 14-year-old son were satisfied. Very nice waitress and boss (cook) very helpful.

For the price paid: very good!

The room was very calm, so was the surrounding area; Parking space right in front of the hotel. The owner was welcoming and breakfast was served with a kind and generous attitude. The room was very clean, the mattress good, we slept very well. The room and shower in my room were clean, so were all common areas. Some rooms are not ensuite but the shower and toilets on the floor are immaculate. D'ont expect anything fancy, the hotel served the purpose: a good night sleep for a very reasonable price.

Booked for 2 nights- stayed for 3 hours!

We arrived early evening after a long journey, checked in and went out looking for somewhere to eat (as there was no offer of food at le perroquet). There was nowhere to eat, or even to purchase food- unless you like raw meat, then you're laughing. We counted 4 butcher's shops!
The hotel itself was archaic. We were shown our room and shown to a communal WC, and a separate communal shower room. The room itself was opposite a beautiful looking church- from which the bells tolled hourly.
We told the owner that we couldn't possibly stay any longer. He demanded 40 euros, and was given 20 as we had only been there a short time. On return to the UK my husband realised that the owner also received payment from us, via booking.com. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!

Disinterested service and average to poor room.

The first night of our walking holiday and it seemed as if the owner/manager couldn't wait to get us checked in and then he disappeared. We would have loved a drink. The restaurant was closed on a Thursday night and at breakfast his iPad was more important than our breakfast
