Perfect

We spent 1 night in this hotel. Very warm welcome from the receptionist, kind and smiling. The hotel is well located. The rooms are clean and quiet. The all-you-can-eat breakfast is varied with sweet and savory options

Horrible

Not even any soap in the room! When you ask for it, they tell you that the room was not designed to have soap.
In the second room, a very, very strong smell of sewage makes the stay impossible. We went to see the manager, who replied: "We are fully booked and we cannot do anything."
The room is also very small. It is impossible to open the window properly because a faucet is right in front of it. I cannot even shave properly, since the mirror is not placed near the sink.
It is simply unacceptable. I will never set foot here again. Even if you offered me a free stay, I would not come back.

Not great, take a 3-star Kyriad instead

No elevator, not easy to go up to the 2nd floor with luggage. Very small room. Small bathroom. When you are on the toilet, your head is in the sink. Ideal if you want to brush your teeth at the same time. Fairly large walk-in shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast room is small, not enough choices at the buffet, mini pastries. In short, too expensive for the night with breakfast included.

Shameful

Room unlivable for 2 because it is so small. You have to press against the wall to get around the bed. The bathroom is a real closet! One thing is for sure, I will never return to a Kyriad; it is shameful. We rented 2 different ones in 4 days and it is copy-paste!

Very questionable, if not terrible, with many unresolved issues.

The alarm went off at night, and no one came forward to resolve the problem. Declared 24-hour staff, but at 11 PM, the reception staff was absent. The next morning, when an explanation was requested, it was found to be pretentious and ridiculous (blaming everything on a hypothetical customer); then, when we left for an excursion, we noticed that no one had cleaned the rooms.
