Very good

We spent a pleasant night at this property.
Convenient location just minutes from Paimpol.
Easy and free parking.
Rooms practically new, well furnished and large.
The breakfast was excellent.
Very nice and kind the two owners ..

A superb guesthouse that I highly recommend.

We chose the "Bréhat" room for our stay at the end of August 2023, and we were delighted with our experience. As soon as we entered, the sumptuous decoration of the room captivated our attention. The generous space of the room was a pleasant surprise, and the small reading room upon entering adds an extra touch of charm. The impeccable appearance of cleanliness did not fail to impress us, far surpassing the comfort offered by the hotels we frequented, for similar rates.
The hosts, a charming couple, stand out for their remarkable hospitality and dedication to their guests. Their passion for what they do clearly shines through in their caring approach to travelers. The little details make all the difference.
Breakfast, a moment we were looking forward to, turned out to be a real pleasure. The crispy croissants with real butter and homemade yogurt were simply delectable, adding a gourmet note to our morning experience. In addition, the provision of private parking greatly facilitated our travel, and the fact that breakfast was included in the price was very appreciated.
In hindsight, we would have gladly reorganized our discovery itinerary of Brittany in order to extend our stay in this magnificent residence. We will not hesitate to warmly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay that combines comfort, hospitality and careful aesthetics. The Belgians from Liège.

Super friendly b&b ...

We got a warm welcome on arrival and we’re shown to a large bedroom and separate bathroom. All decorated tastefully and the place was spotless. We also had use of a private terrace in the garden. Wifi worked well.
Breakfast was served round a communal table and comprised breads, yogurt, fresh fruit and preserves. All freshly made and served with a smile.
We paid a very reasonable price for the quality of accommodation and friendly service. Our hosts showed a genuine interest in our holiday plans and were super helpful.

Just what we expected

We visited at end of season (end of October-early November). A modern house designed so that the owners are here for you, but everyone has his own space. Lots of places easily reachable within quick driving distance, including the island of Brehat which is best visited off the peak season of July-August if possible, and coast with Red Granite rocks. Great chat with the owners and very well designed table to seat all people at breakfast. Would love to go by one day!

Great location to explore Brittany.

Ailes et Iles is a lovely B&B well-located in the Paimpol area of Brittany. We were there for three days and found Valerie and Pascal to be wonderful hosts. They were extremely patient helping us with our poor French and giving us wonderful ideas on where to go and how to get there. Breakfast was always delicious and served in a sunny, charming dining room. Our room was large and very private with a nice patio where we enjoyed watching the chickens parade by. I highly recommend the B&B. We would definitely stay there again.
