Big disappointment

Decent stay in August, but very bad experience after our departure.
Since October, I have been asking for a compliant invoice for my works council: I was told that I had to go through Booking.com, whereas I never booked through Booking.
The “invoice” sent afterwards was incomplete, without a SIRET number or mandatory legal information, and with an incorrect date, making it unusable. Despite several courteous reminders, I no longer have any answer.
It is a shame because the stay went well, but the total lack of professionalism and administrative transparency spoils the whole. I would not recommend this property.
