Excellent hotel. The staff is excellent.
I really liked the hotel. We were greeted warmly as soon as we arrived. Yulia, the receptionist, explained everything politely. The service in the restaurant was also up to par. The room was cleaned promptly and neatly. I'd like to commend Yulia and Cheikha for their hard work. I also appreciate the male concierges, although I don't know their names, unfortunately. I also didn't ask the male worker who helped me carry my bags down to reception. I should have called from my room, but I didn't. This man was simply passing by and helped. The rooms are warm, and the water pressure is good. There's a coffee machine in the rooms, and tea, sugar, and water were replenished daily. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and varied, enough for us and the kids. The staff is friendly and polite. I'd also like to mention the hotel's location. Shops, a supermarket, pharmacies, the Arc de Triomphe, and the Champs-Élysées are all within walking distance. I recommend this hotel.

Fabulous Hotel
We’re still here with two nights to go. Ideal location for the Arc de Triomphe. Close to good food, shops and travel links.
Very quiet hotel, excellent rooms, superb breakfasts and an extremely friendly staff. These have to be some of the friendliest staff we have encountered on our travels. If we were to return to Paris, I’d definitely stay here again.

Hotel is fantastic. Great location and breakfast. Room was good, clean but very noisy. I was not able to sleep during the night. Able to hear what is happening in the other rooms upstairs. Not good at all with people talking, moving chairs, taking showers, etc.

A hotel that one gladly returns to on every visit to Paris.
A very nice hotel with a team of exceptional friendliness and warmth.
I was particularly touched by the personal note and the loving attention that awaited me in my room. Despite my unfortunately shortened stay, I will fondly remember the Rochester Hotel and the special quality of its hospitality.
My heartfelt thanks go to the entire team for their attention and care, which is unfortunately rarely found these days, as well as for the very nice breakfast. Here, too, one was warmly greeted in the morning.
I was particularly touched by the personal note and the loving attention that awaited me in my room. Despite my unfortunately shortened stay, I will fondly remember the Rochester Hotel and the special quality of its hospitality.

Beautiful, Excellent Hotel
Wonderful, beautiful hotel! The location was excellent, the interiors were gorgeous! I can't find a single thing to complain about. This had to be the most spacious, beautifully decorated room we've ever stayed in. We had the junior suite with 1 king bed and a pullout for our daughter. The suite had a sliding door between the bedroom and the living room with the sofa bed which was incredibly convenient.
The staff was so kind and friendly. My husband and I traveled with our 6 year old and she didn't have her stuffed animal with her to help her sleep at night. After searching nearby streets for something and not finding one, we asked the man at the front desk. He kindly sent someone out to one of their other properties and brought our daughter a stuffed animal for her to keep. They helped us with anything else we needed like arranging a shuttle back to the airport, etc. I highly recommend this hotel!
