We had a wonderful stay at Pley Hotel, and we would especially like to thank Tobias, who was at the reception yesterday evening.
He was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome with his positive attitude and warm smile. His willingness to help and attention to detail left a lasting impression and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Employees like Tobias truly make a difference and are a great asset to the hotel. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality—we will be happy to return and highly recommend Pley Hotel to others.

Great hotel in a great location.
Excellent location - 10 minute walk from Arc De Triumph. Rooms were clean and spacious.
The rooftop bar handles a great atmosphere, however the bar/restaurant area was very very quiet.
The staff ever excellent. Very friendly and helpful.

Unsatisfied
Location is great
Room clean but the bathroom not and water not draining from sink and shower. I requested twice to open them but nothing fixed.
It is overpriced for what it offers. The experience didn’t justify the cost

Everything impeccable
I stayed at this hotel from June 29 to July 2... What can I say?! Everything was perfect.
The location, the cleanliness of the rooms,
the impeccable customer service, the availability of the concierge and all the staff, the hearty and especially healthy breakfast made of quality products.
This is the second time I have chosen the
PLEY HOTEL for my stay in Paris and I will choose it without hesitation for my next trip.

Beautiful hotel, but soundproofing needs to be reviewed in room 605.
The hotel is magnificent and the staff is very pleasant. However, the room I occupied had a small wooden door on one of the walls, locked with a latch, which must have communicated with the neighboring room. My neighbors who returned or left around 3:30 AM were very noisy (laughing and talking loudly) and kept banging on that door because their luggage must have been against it. Therefore, it was impossible for me to sleep from 3:30 AM to 4:30 AM... I was unable to fully enjoy this night, which is unfortunate...
