The room was small but big enough for my purposes. The hotel offered no cleaning during the stay, which I appreciated. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The WiFi was a bit inconsistent.

Mixed review- some staff were lovely, one older man was rude (we always spoke French to the best of ability). Room.cleaning was bad, no clean sheets in six days!! No toilet rolls provided by cleaners unless we asked at the front desk, which is terrible service. Bathroom.not wiped properly, they just make bed, swap towels and empty the bin. Rooms at the front are loud from 6am, there was very loud roadworks during our stay, and the hotel is between a fire station and an ambulance place. The area is safe at night with plenty of amenities. Hotel has cold air con which was essential.I probably would stay again but I would be keen to have better cleaning of the room.

Basic but totally fine hotel

Basic hotel. Small but clean room. Standard level of typical Parisian service. We went to breakfast at 10 AM; most tables were used, almost no clean tables available.

Nice place near Montparnasse

Discovered by chance during a SNCF hassle, very good welcome, small but functional and clean room. Good bedding. Excellent breakfast.

First, we noticed the lights at the bed did not work. Then, the bathroom appeared to be poorly maintained: the shower handle was broken and the only choice to take the shower was to hold the hose in hands. And the last but not least there was the mold all over the shower stall, which caused my wife to get allergy attack. We asked reception to fix the shower. In the evening, when we came back, we saw nothing was fixed and moreover they turned the water pressure to 1/4 of the pressure that was in the morning. We asked reception to resolve that and they in the rude language told us that they will not. Only after we contacted Hotels.com customer service and representative called the hotel, we were offered another room.
