The hotel was very clean and the staff extremely nice. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle! Plenty of restaurants and a delicious bakery right up the street! The price was very affordable and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Wanted to stay longer!

I'm only sorry we weren't staying longer (just a quick pre GDL stopover) as I loved it. Beautiful building, friendly staff and lovely rooms. We really didn't get the full benefit of it, and it would be an ideal place from which to explore Paris. If you are coming into/leaving from Gare de Lyon, it's about a 10 min walk and a quieter area than the hotels immediately around the station Breakfast was good too!

Great boutique hotel with wonderful staff

My wife and I have been guests at this wonderful boutique hotel for over ten years. What distinguishes the hotel is the staff. Alexandra, Kevin and Claudia treat us the way they would treat guests in their home. The rooms are spacious by European standards, immaculate and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel is close to the Bastille metro and the Gar du Lyon. The hotel deserves more than five star.

Experience highly recommended. Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Excellent room. Good breakfast. Cleanliness impeccable. Very nice and modern place.

Everything was excellent. Clean, comfortable room, larger than we expected in Paris. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. We enjoyed the neighborhood -- good location, close to Seine, train, and metro; restaurants, grocery, and laundromat nearby; didn't feel touristy.
