Comfortable and well located

We spent a pleasant 3 night stay at this property.
The room (#66) was comfortable, well soundproofed and equipped with very nice bedding.
We also particularly appreciated the quality of the bath and shower products (Occitane en Provenance), a real plus.
The hotel enjoys a strategic location close to the Arc de Triomphe and the metro (400 meters). The neighborhood has several restaurants, including several very valuable Asian options.
However, there are a few areas that need improvement;
The bathroom is very small, with a shower integrated into the bathtub
The breakfast is okay but remains quite summary, and the quality of the bread could clearly be reviewed.
Finally, the elevator proved capricious during our stay, with occasional breakdowns. Particularly constraining given that we were staying on the 6th floor, while the breakfast room is on level -1.
In short, a good stay thanks to the comfort and location, but with some possible improvements.

Excellent!! Small, quiet hotel but with everything necessary and a good location.

Excellent experience, small hotel, close to everything but without the noise of Parisian hustle and bustle. The rooms are just the right size, clean and tidy. The breakfast is well-rounded and served with great care by Sakina, who, despite the demand at times, never stops smiling and ensures your breakfast is impeccable. Thank you, Sakina!!

We arrived and were told the room we booked wasn’t available. Tried putting us is a substandard room. Then moved us to a terrace room that was $20 euros a night less. They did not give us the garden unit we booked and never even told us it was cheaper. First we experienced false advertising. Then not to tell us the room was cheaper and we would get a credit. I know that’s called something ……. When I complained the said they would give us the $20 euros a night for the room and $9 euros a night for the compensation for false advertising. Are u kidding me? I tried to talk to the manager and she won’t talk to you only through a third party or email. I think the owner should know what’s going on at this hotel. And I have asked the manager to call me. We to have the option to report to Signal Conso.

My first time in Paris

I am late in writing a review for this charming boutique hotel which we booked through Voyage Prive.
This was my first time visiting Paris, driven through it plenty of times but never stopped to explore.
On arrival at the hotel the reception team were very welcoming and helpful, the ground floor has a small lounge and bar, it is an honesty bar and it works. Our room was modern, my other half loved the design and it had all we could ask for. Breakfast was lower ground and we could not fault it, continental and some hot, a good start for the day and the decor was great.
Location for the hotel was spot on, easy walk to the Arc de Triumphe and the Metro and so beyond. Probably 10 minute walk and you are on the Champs Elysee, ideal for shops and more.
Locally there are bars and restaurants to enjoy, a great location.
Would I return to this hotel, simple answer, Oui.
