teeny but nice

we got 2 rooms that "kind of" connected through an initial door and small foyer. the downside was that the queen size bed room was so-so, the twins pushed together room had the balcony and coffee machine. i wish that had been reversed. elevator really only fit one person and suitcase, so plan accordingly when you check out as it takes time to get up and down. 81 stair walk up to the 4th floor. the service at the desk was good, but not outstanding. no door man, no one able to hail us a cab etc. the continental breakfast was good and they were kind enough to get us early food at 630a on our departure since we would have missed breakfast. towel heaters, Nuxe brand shampoo

Great location and staff

excellent hotel , superb staff ,,... so so helpful . He told us exactly how to go from the hotel by train to the airport .. explained to us how to buy the ticket the day before since we had a very early morning departure . the receptionist even checked our tickets on his phone app to see if it was valid and we had bought it correctly . The next morning the hotel had kept croissants and juice for us even though we had not taken the breakfast package . Thre is a small coffee maker downstairs at the reception . The rooms are a decent size and has everything : an iron , two chairs a work desk , kettle , safe . The bathroom has good quality toiletries . Drinking water is filled in glass bottles and is unlimited. Location of this hotel is just superb ...in. a very lively and safe area and 50 m away from the metro stop . A really good choice of a hotel

Wonderful time in Paris

Me, my sister, our daughters, and our mother stayed here together and had a very cozy and enjoyable stay! The hotel has a lot of charm and a lovely, relaxed atmosphere.
The location was also very good and suited us perfectly.
The absolute best part was the staff – incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming! ❤️ We were treated so nicely and truly felt cared for. When traveling as a group of different generations like ours, that means a lot.
We had a wonderful time and left with a very positive feeling. Thank you!

Amazing service

I booked this hotel for my daughter and her friends for a short stay. The communication with the team was excellent from start to finish. The group was welcomed by name as soon as they walked through the door, and they were offered cold water (it was a heatwave) while luggage was taken and stored until thier room was ready. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The hotel has A/C and is in an excellent location, near a metro station and lots of cafes and restaurants. It is in a pretty area near the river, right in the heart of Paris, where most attractions can be reached by walking. Thank you to Denis, Saran and the rest of the team for making this a great stay!

Great location in Quartier Latin

Great hotel in the Latin Quartier near the Seine. Great location, spacious rooms, comfortable with air conditioning and quiet. Excellent breakfast served by the very attentive Slavika! It has a space with continuous supply of water, coffee, croissants and teas! The staff is very attentive with special emphasis on Denis (fluent in Portuguese) and Mrs Slavika!!
