The property, rooms, area, staff couldn’t have been more perfect! I slept better at the hotel than I have in a long time! The location is perfect in every way. The staff goes out of their way to help you! Perfect!!

Good,but Very poor soundproofing..(It's impossible to sleep, there are 3 restaurants nearby that are full until late at night... no air conditioning, very small room and hot, and you can't open the window because the noise on the street is like a disco

A nightmare come true.
I will be a bit lengthy, but it is worth it to warn other customers to stay away. I booked in this dump... no, excuse me, hotel, for 3 nights from June 22 to 25. Unfortunately, it was my third choice following 2 cancellations by booking, one for a hacker attack and one for renovation, so it was already off to a bad start from the beginning... Well, I was saying... On Monday afternoon, I arrive at the hotel with my daughter. Outside, it is 104 degrees Fahrenheit, and we head to the reception.
The lobby is a sad place, hot, there isn't even a fan, and I remain a bit perplexed... I wonder why they were in such a situation... When I say my name and ask if they have air conditioning, I am told that no, there isn't any, and that two-star hotels are not equipped with it.
Okay... I look at my daughter, and raising our eyes in resignation, we head to the room. To say it is sad and bare does not convey the idea; the furnishings are 40 years old, there is only one large towel per person in the bathroom, and no functioning hairdryer. The guy tells us that there is a fan one of those tower fans that blows a useless stream of air and provides no benefit. What can I say about the windows? Perfectly soundproofed, too bad that if you closed them, you were literally at 95 degrees Fahrenheit. So their solution is: open window (but the hotel is above a bar), so noise until 3 AM + heat, or close yourself in and slowly wait for death. My daughter, at 3 AM, desperate, takes a towel, wrings it out, and lays it over herself like a mummy... She says it feels better, but the situation is absurd... We spend the night looking for another accommodation with air conditioning, but it is not easy; Paris is under siege, and the prices are sky-high. Then I look at my reservation and see that to stay in this place, I spent a whopping 545 euros, and no, that is not at all little... Looking at breakfast, it is also of an incredible sadness; everything is limited (even the paper napkins), 1 croissant, 1 piece of bread, no cold drinks, only hot things to drink, which, given the heat, are uninviting. No fruit, no yogurt, no cold cuts... In short, after spending 2 nights like this, we happily escaped, and it is a shame that I cannot give this hotel a 0, as it has been the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life.

very bad trip
unbearable, not soundproofed above 3 breweries, impossible to sleep before 3 a.m., waking up at dawn, street noise, countless deliveries, garbage collection. to be avoided!

Reservation on booking for 21 and 22 November, room not cancellable.
We write to the hotel on November 3rd to cancel and ask for a gesture explaining that my wife needs to have the Uterus removed urgently and that we will therefore not be able to go to Paris.
