Wonderful Stay in Paris

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. We book this hotel to find a parisian style hotel and we found it ! Everything was great espacially the staff has been friendly. Special mention to the manager who was friendly and welcoming

Perfect!!!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The establishment is clean, pleasant, and very well maintained. The staff is welcoming, smiling, and always available to meet our needs. The room was comfortable, quiet, and perfectly equipped. The location is also ideal for discovering the surrounding area. We are leaving with very good memories and will return with pleasure. Thanks to the whole team for their welcome!

Shameful, service not in accordance with the reservation

We booked a standard room with a King-size bed, and the hotel assigned us a room with a 140 cm bed instead!
No effort was made to assign us the room we initially reserved!
A shame, bad experience.
There is no manager to handle problems of this type in this hotel.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre séjour n’ait pas répondu à vos attentes.
Après vérification, vous aviez réservé une chambre de catégorie Découverte. Cette catégorie est effectivement équipée d’un lit double de 140 cm, comme indiqué sur l’ensemble des plateformes de réservation.
Vous êtes arrivés tard dans la soirée de dimanche et, à cette heure-là, l’hôtel était complet, ce qui ne nous permettait malheureusement pas de vous proposer immédiatement une autre chambre.
Dès le lendemain matin, à partir de 8h, notre équipe a toutefois fait le nécessaire pour vous apporter une solution en vous attribuant une chambre avec deux lits simples, afin de répondre au mieux à votre demande.
Nous regrettons que cette expérience ait altéré votre perception de notre établissement. Soyez assurés que nous restons particulièrement attentifs au confort et à la satisfaction de nos clients.
Nous vous remercions pour votre retour et espérons avoir l’occasion de vous accueillir de nouveau dans de meilleures conditions.

Hotel highly recommended. Excellent location, close to the Arc de Triomphe and metro stations. The staff were very attentive and always willing to help. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Although the room was somewhat compact, which seems to be typical of Parisian hotels, the location more than made up for it. The area is surrounded by fantastic restaurants, and the excellent location made it easy to explore the city. However, the bathtub was quite high, making it a bit of a challenge to get in and out, and the shower wall was rather small, resulting in water splashing everywhere. Despite these minor issues, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone without mobility concerns.
