Like at home
When I get back to Paris, I'll pick this little Parisian hotel. A short walk from Opera and Montmartre. It far exceeded our expectations: central, comfortable beds, very clean, free drinks and snacks service, great friendliness of all staff. The value for money is great.

Super cute little hotel, and the rooms were very nice and clean. I appreciated the well stocked fridge after a long day of travel! The area was very cute and had some nice cafes and restaurants around as well. I also appreciated the air conditioning in the summer heat.

I would especially like to thank Binh An for her kindness and excellent service.

With a little TLC this hotel would be fabulous.... it's close
Great location, lovely spacious rooms... and it was quiet for such a location in the Pigalle/Montmarte area - we loved it and would return. I booked three rooms on the same floor for my children and I and the staff were helpful in confirming that, given I am a single parent.
However.... The lift is pretty poor and slow so we took the stairs most days, which being on the fourth floor got tiring!
Breakfast was ok but limited and the staff were disinterested. On two consecutive days I had to clear up plates myself and source cutlery and cups because every table had been left and not cleaned up.
Otherwise largely positive, save for the night we had two fire/smoke alarms go off. I had to personally ask the man on night reception (who was sat down while more than 15 guests stood in the foyer bewildered as to what was going on) whether we were ok to go back to our rooms.
He eventually got up and sarcastically said: "Yes you can all go back to sleep".
We were not impressed, some people were confused and anxious. While the alarm was going off only a handful of us went and stood outside, some actually ignored the alarm and sat down, helping themselves to food and cups of tea! Many more must have not bothered coming down at all.
There must be a procedure??? It was an absolute shambles. He did not communicate anything to the guests, one of which was elderly and concerned. I asked him to explain everyone was safe to return to their rooms, given it had gone off twice with a five minute interval. He seemed annoyed at being asked.
On leaving nobody asked if we had enjoyed our stay. It's the little things that could make a good little hotel a great one. The breakfast was also poor, and if not there early you were left with very little. Shame, but still a nice spot and I wish them well - several of the staff were very pleasant.

I always book this hotel whenever I’m in Paris, and it never disappoints.
