The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was lovely. We had a family room, and the 5 of us managed to sleep well when in Paris.
The location is great for exploring Montmartre and for walking into the rest of Paris.
Air con was also great in a heatwave. Bathroom was also good.

Close to metro Pigalle as well as Montmartre (Sacré Coeur).
Great for shorter stays (stayed for three nights).
Free luggage storage - great when you have an evening departure.

The first room I was put in was on the ground floor with a small outdoor space and AC that worked really well. It would have been nice, but there were ants in the room, seemingly coming in from outside. I waited about an hour for the guardian to come inspect and / or offer me another solution. No one ever came, so the nice woman at the front desk changed my room quickly. The second room on the 1st floor was fine and relatively clean, but the AC didn't work nearly as well. If it still had been 40C outside, the AC in that room would not have been enough. The time I was there, the temperatures went down a bit, so it was ok for me. My second night, I saw an ant on the wall in that room as well, didn't see any others. Other than the ants and highly varying AC from room to room, the hotel was clean and in a very good location in the 9th. The front desk staff was very nice. Fine for a short stay for a low price, but I hope they can figure out the ants.

We paid more than 13,000 DKK for a 6-night stay, so we expected a much better level of service.
We were told that housekeeping would be provided every other day. However, even that schedule was not followed properly. On July 6th, the floor was not cleaned, and the beds were not made. Today, we were only supposed to receive fresh towels, but no one came at all.
After speaking to the reception, they said they would send someone tomorrow because they didn't have anyone available today. While I appreciate the apology, this is not the level of service I expect for the price we paid.
The hotel itself is nice, but the poor housekeeping significantly affected our stay.

We are a family of 5 travelling with 3 teenagers, all staying in a family room. The room was clean, tidy, had air conditioning (a lifesaver in this heatwave!), a mini safe for valuables and a small fridge which kept our water bottles cool. Plenty of plug sockets, a separate toilet cubicle and a shower room, all adequate for our needs. Location was great for Montmartre and not too noisy at night. Felt safe and in close proximity to cafes, a shop and a bakery.
