Hotel is in a great location, 5 min from a metro stop. Rooms very clean. Staff very nice. Hotel could use renovation but for the price, it was perfect and we’d come back here again. Be aware, no elevator. We walked up 6 flights of stairs for our room which was fine for us, but would be tough if you have large luggage.

Staff was helpful and was grateful for a Parisian breakfast each morning of breads and coffee. Room was small and quite hot but was what we expected

Wouldn’t recommend. We ended up checking out after a few hours and booked another hotel. The room was very unclean, the bed was filled with another persons hair and small blood statins on the bedding, the towels didn’t feel or look clean, the bathroom door was unable to close and the room felt damp and humid which made it difficult to breathe during the night.

I start with the good: breakfast 8€ per person. (7-11am). Hotel was clean, basic, but cozy. TV in the room. Staff provided fresh towels daily. Beds were comfy. Staff was accommodating and pleasant. They spoke English as well. Breakfast consisted of orange juice, coffee, 2 croissants and 2 rolls with provided butter and jelly. The environment was quiet and friendly. Very close to the metro and train. There are various cafés and restaurants around. No bed bugs! And clean smell.
And the bad: We had breakfast around 10am by then the bread was no longer fresh.
No elevator/lift
No iron or hair dryer
No coffee maker or microwave.
Shower leaked from the bottom and floor got wet at every use.
Sink is quite small. Makes a mess of water when washing hands or face.

COCKROACHES - to flee

Problem #1 - Cockroaches - lack of hygiene: One ended up in my suitcase, which forced me to empty and check all my belongings. Another was found in the bathroom (photo in 4K).
The general condition of the room disappointed me: mattress not very clean, overall atmosphere not reassuring and insufficient soundproofing.
Issue #2 - after-the-fact management: The establishment offered me in writing a commercial gesture of 80 €, which I accepted. Subsequently, this action was called into question, citing an error that occurred by one of the staff members, and no further response despite several reminders and calls. It's unprofessional.
It should also be noted that relatives went to this establishment at another time, without knowing my experience, and also noted hygiene and soundproofing problems.
I let everyone make up their minds, but between hygiene and customer management, I do not recommend.
