Lovely hotel.

Really excellent location, hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and cordial. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were fabulous. We had a birthday in our group and had a cake delivered to the hotel before we could arrive and they were incredibly helpful making everything go smoothly. They also made great recommendations for local restaurants that could handle the food allergies in our group. They went above and beyond to make our short stay in the Marais hassle free and genuinely delightful. We will definitely stay here again!

excellent location, clean room, 24h reception, very nice atmospere in the hotel, close convenient parking place within 5 minutes walking

The night I stayed the night clerk was amazing. I went back a couple times later and the daytime staff not so amazing. But by then I wasn’t staying there anymore . I stopped for two reasons 2. To thank the night clerk and 2. Drop off a key that a friend would pick up that day. Non, non, non!!! Not allowed!!! What can you do? Adapt to changing situations and figure it out from there. Find out where the night clerk works if i go back and he’s not working there anymore.
Because of the the day staff I don’t believe I’d go back. If I can’t get any help even “can you give a key to a friend who will stop by” and the answer is that are not allowed. To me that says there is something off there.

Paris August 2026

The hotel is located in a very beautiful neighborhood and is very nice; the staff is very kind and the breakfasts are truly good. Due to the very high temperatures we encountered in August, despite two fans, we suffered from the lack of air conditioning. If we were to return to Paris, we would definitely consider this hotel; we would only advise against it during the hottest times of the year.
