We are, however, sorry that certain aspects of your stay, particularly the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the mattress, did not fully meet your expectations. We also take note of your comment regarding the timing of the housekeeping service. We would like to point out that, upon request at reception, we can arrange for the room to be cleaned at a time that is most convenient for the guest, subject to availability.
We truly appreciate your suggestions regarding the modernization of the property and the renewal of the mattresses, and we will share your feedback with our team.

Staff were really helpful.
There’s also a good steamer in the room to quickly steam your clothes.

Nice hotel that lives up to expectations
The breakfast for €15 should probably be eaten elsewhere as it is very Spartan.
A place I'd like to come back to again.
