A very nice and clean hotel with excellent customer service and amazing breakfasts. The rooms are small, as one would expect, and there isn't really much in the way of amenities. But if your goal is to have a nice place to stay while sightseeing in Paris, you won't be disappointed.

Pleasant experience in a beautiful Paris

Pleasant experience. We were offered a small upgrade, after waiting a few minutes, on arrival. We appreciated it. The staff is friendly, but in particular, I quote Alexe who turned out to be a good reference point for her authentic availability, sweetness and for her smile. The breakfast is great, the room delicious. In general, you could add a richer area dedicated to fruit or a small card to diversify the offer, which remains more or less unchanged on days. The room was medium in size, but the critical aspect is the absence of doors separating the bathroom from the sleeping area. The taste of the room is appreciable but I find that the parquet, furniture and shower tray require better maintenance. The cleanliness discreet, but really improveable. Comfortable bed and quiet room. I appreciated that there was Nespresso, but I recommend keeping capsules and cups more accurately, not resting on the desk. A small fridge is missing. We were able to leave our luggage in the lobby, on arrival and checkout, and we potutto settle before leaving thanks to the helpfulness of the staff. Experience that I recommend, taking better care of the details (considering the average-high price per night) could become unforgettable! Thanks for everything.

The property was nice and clean, the neighborhood feels safe even at night.
The heating didnt really work, so it got quite chilly, especially overnight.
Walls are thin, mornings are particularly loud.
Staff was friendly and professional.

Very nice.

Great location Place d'Italie. Very friendly staff. Clean and cozy room. Breakfast more than correct. Possibility in the evening to have a snack and a drink, which did me a great service on the last night of my stay. I recommend! (Just think of the earplugs, let's not forget that it's Paris and there are always people slamming doors at any time). In any case, very good value for money and I even received a tote bag as a gift at check out.:)
