She made everything much easier for us and was always ready to help with any question or request. We truly appreciated her professionalism and warm attitude.
We would also like to thank **Anna, Sena, Erza, Sylvain and Dijana** for their kindness, attention and excellent service. The whole team made us feel very welcome and taken care of.
The location of the hotel is fantastic for exploring Paris, and having such a helpful and friendly team at reception made our stay even better.

Excellent, clean and quiet place to stay
Exceeded my expectations. Very clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful when the over bath shower kept flooding the bathroom when it wouldn’t stay in position! Rooms changed the following day. We were upgraded and the walk in shower in that room was far better than the over bath one.
I would say that bathroom in standard room would be hard for any tall or bigger guests to be comfy with. The bath/shower is tiny and the loo is very close to the door. Grip rails too should be added to bath wall as stepping into high sided bath could be tricky.
Location is excellent and central for walking around Paris. The hotel is very very close to metro exit which is Sortie ( exit) 2 in the Forum Sector ( the signs in the massive Charley/Les Halles complex indicate different sectors and exit nos). Get off at Chatelet on Line 4 rather than the Les Halles stop.
I would say that bathroom in standard room would be hard for any tall or bigger guests to be comfy with. The bath/shower is tiny and the loo is very close to the door. Grip rails too should be added to bath wall as stepping into high sided bath could be tricky.

Family Trip to Paris
Stayed at Citadines Les Halles in August, and it was fantastic from arrival to departure. Check in was quick & friendly, handy having the priority desk for their loyalty program. Our rooms were modern, bright, spacious and spotlessly clean. It has all the amenities needed; AC, fridge, espresso machine, smart tv, etc. Beds were comfortable & the shower was powerful! What more could you ask for!
The hotel itself is really well located, within walking distance to the Louvre, Notre Dame, Le Marais, and more.
For an easy dinner, I would highly recommend Peppe Pizza, 8 minute walk, friendly service, and excellent pizza! And Amorino for Ice Cream afterwards.
Citadines Les Halles is beside a busy train station, where you can get the RER B directly to/from the airport. As well as the Metro around the city.
The hotel has a light breakfast, with a great selection of pastries, fruit, cheeses, juice & coffees.

Pleasant stay, with some comments
I was here for 5 weeks for a course I took in Paris.
What I liked about it:
- The staff are very friendly and helpful. They do everything they can to help you with things.
- The studios are small (21m2) but well and cleverly laid out, with everything you need.
- Good bed with soft and quality sheets.
- Lovely shower with good water power.
- I really liked the white fluffy towels.
- The location: Les Halles itself isn't a top neighborhood, but you'll be within walking distance of Le Marais, Pont Neuf, Louvre...
- There is a nice little gym with a nice view.
- There is a room with washing machines and dryers.
- There is a quiet back, which faces the inner courtyard.
- If you have complaints, you will find a friendly ear and solutions will be sought immediately.
What I didn't like:
- It looks more upmarket in the pictures than it actually is. And that mainly has to do with the state of the corridors and the studios. They often have peeling paint, stripes and scratches on the walls, mirror, furniture etc. I was shocked at the beginning.
- Cleaning was only done once a week (for the price you pay, I find that little) and this was not done thoroughly a few times (they had not even changed the bed once).
- For people who are noise sensitive: I was sitting on a fourth floor, you can feel the vibrations of the metro / RER in your bed. On higher floors (where I also looked at the studios), the double windows are less thick and the constant hum of the air conditioning systems is louder.
- As in many buildings in Paris, there was an infestation of mice when I was there. (Although I must say that I was immediately offered another room, but I preferred to stay in my room).
All in all I had a pleasant stay here. I did find it expensive for what it was, especially in light of the not so flawless condition of the rooms, and the not always top cleaning. But if you are looking for a place in Paris for the short term, and you don't want to surrender to the disadvantages of Air bnb and the like, then this is a good solution.
