The access code to the room was displayed outside the entrance, which made us feel very insecure, as anyone could have used it to access the room. In addition, there was no interior lock on the door, meaning that once someone had the access code, there was no way to secure the room from the inside.
The room was also located on the tenth floor, accessible only via very narrow staircases, making it extremely difficult to carry our luggage, especially for a woman. This was highly inconvenient and significantly affected our arrival experience.
Overall, our stay fell far below our expectations and did not meet even the basic standards we would expect.

There are about 80 steps that are extremely thin and shallow to get to the room we got. There was no mention of these stairs with no elevator accessibility on the listing. There’s also no one on property to assist.

The door codes are set on timers so when you ask for early check in or check out, they don't work. The staff is hard to communicate with. Fire alarms went off 3 times during my stay. The walls are thin and you can hear everyone. The night security guard has speaker phone calls during the night while laughing loudly until late into the night.
