Excellent
The campsite lives up to its name very well. Our stay in the lodge was great, very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The welcome upon arrival is very friendly and thorough. During the welcome drink, very good advice was given. The Carrières des Lumières in Les Baux are 40 minutes away, as is the magnificent village of Gordes. The Cavaillon market on Monday morning is less than 10 minutes away. The Intermarché is 5 minutes away, as well as several bakeries, and there is a bakery service at the bar. The activity leaders are super nice, especially Enzo, Titi, Madylou, and Aymeric. The pool is great and super clean. The restaurant and bar offer a wide selection at reasonable prices. The evening entertainment sets the mood. Thank you to you all. I recommend it and will come back. Emilie

Great campsite to disconnect
Another great stay at La Vallée Heureuse! Despite the storm this weekend, the whole team was truly top-notch. Always available, responsive, and smiling—that makes all the difference.
A big thank you to Solène and Melvyn at the front desk for their kindness and good humor. Thanks also to Émeric, the manager, for his dedication and professionalism. You can see that he cares about everything going well, even when the weather decides to complicate things!
It’s a campsite where you feel good, with a welcoming team and a friendly atmosphere. We are leaving with very good memories and will return with pleasure!

Nature stay at the happy valley
The Alpilles, a preserved nature, a relaxing stay, the manager Emeric and a team at the service of vacationers. Experience to be repeated.

Didn't realize we had to pay for linens and towels but, may have missed it in the description. Had what we needed but, the rooms are very small.

Never again Pausado!
We rented a mobile home for nearly 2 weeks in May. Although we thought that it was still the off-season in France at that time and therefore there should be no activities, we requested during the booking process to reserve accommodation in a quiet corner of the site. This was confirmed to us in writing. We were then assigned a mobile home at the loudest possible spot on the campsite:
5 meters to the fitness equipment, 10 meters to the volleyball court, 25 meters to the pool, and 30 meters to the restaurant!
To make matters worse, from Monday to Thursday, a school class was present, which alone would have been enough to maximize the "annoyed" factor. The Pausado employee responsible for the students' activities apparently felt the need to exceed this. Starting at 8:30 PM, he turned up the sound system so loud and literally shouted into his microphone that having a conversation on the terrace of our accommodation was out of the question. Even the horn of my vehicle, which I honked in my desperation (and it is really very loud), went unnoticed - the noise continued unabated until 10:32 PM. We could only communicate by shouting (actually, one could no longer understand one's own words) and ultimately had to flee into our mobile home and seal everything hermetically - and that on a beautiful summer evening! After our complaint, it was not quite as loud on the third evening.
During the rest of our stay, the restaurant staff tried every evening after closing to emulate the above-mentioned employee with private parties. The lower volume was sometimes compensated by continuous noise until 12:30 AM. Some employees even had the idea to hold noisy ball games in the pool at night from 11:30 PM to 12:30 AM.
All in all, relaxation was out of the question! Completely exasperated, we even left earlier. All other amenities of the campsite, including the good restaurant, and even the great location of the site in the climbing area completely faded into the background.
