Unacceptable

I rate this hotel hotelF1 a 0/5 rating.
Very disappointing stay from start to finish. When we arrived late, we had the unpleasant surprise of discovering an unprepared bed, without this having been mentioned beforehand. After a long journey, having to make your own bed is clearly unacceptable.
The room was also in a state of unhygienic condition, which made the stay very uncomfortable.
Following this, I contacted the manager of the establishment. Despite several reminders, her answers do not respond to the problems encountered, nor to the commitment she made by telephone the same day. No concrete solution has been proposed.
The lack of professionalism and consideration is glaring. I would definitely not recommend this property.

The management of the establishment was dismissive in the face of a hygiene issue during the stay.

After noticing issues related to the state of the sheets, the presence of a hygiene object (a hair trimmer) under one of the mattresses, likely belonging to other guests, and the absence of a made bed (we arrived at midnight with 3 children), we wished to receive compensation commensurate with the inconveniences encountered during the night. The manager we had difficulty reaching informed us that it was not possible because we had stayed at the establishment. At midnight, it was unthinkable to go elsewhere with three children. We were somewhat trapped. Here, the major issue is not the problems encountered upon our arrival; that can happen. It is the disregard of the management of the establishment in facing this issue. I truly did not appreciate it; I found the handling of the problem contemptuous, and I do not recommend this establishment. I did not appreciate the contempt shown towards the children at all.

My best hotelF1 experience so far. This F1 hotel is in really good condition, though it was fully booked during my stay, it was clean everywhere including the shared bathrooms and toilets.
The staff was also welcoming and helpful.
There's a larger supermarket around the corner and most sights of Orange are within walking distance.
