Bad experience

You pay for a room at €487 with a supposedly included bath and in the end you find yourself with a shower and a view of the trash cans, and on top of that no refund. I will not return.
Avoid at all costs!!!!

This place was the first hotel I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in thousands of hotels across the world, and this place is beyond words especially given is high pricing! Room was unsafe for babies and given that the temperatures exceeded 36 degree Celsius in the room it was unbearable. In the 3 days that we stayed the room was not cleaned once, bearing in mind we had young children. The room was overflowing with nappy bags and rubbish. We could not open the windows as it was unsafe for babies.

It was terrible. During this summer time with temperatures 38 Celcius the room not just expensive but has NO AC, only a small standing fan! Unbelievable!!! Can’t even rest well cos so hot inside that room. I would not recommend to stay in this hotel.

Discreet hotel that should remain so

Disconcerting experience in Nancy.
Reservation made via a well-known platform, photos of the rooms suggest that the hotel is bright and advantageous.....
The reality is quite different... I will quickly skip over the breakfast; go to a brasserie where everything will be fresh and you will pay less.
Window impossible to open for fear of tearing the wall, wall with a hole as big as my fist, light that does not work, no cup in the bathroom, walls that allow you to easily follow the neighbor's conversation....
In short, do not rely on the photos on the sites.
This hotel is in its original state, and the goodwill of the reception staff will not change that.
For €150, there is clearly a problem.
