Pleasantly surprised
We were very well received.
The staff is very friendly with a lot of humor.
The apartment was beautiful, clean and recent. Large enough to feel comfortable there unlike a very small hotel room.
We ran out of nothing.
Breakfast was perfect consisting of handicrafts and a touch of appreciable gluten-free.
Great location with parking next door.
We thank the whole team for their work.

One night
Unfortunately, I saw some bed bugs in the bed. I slept fully dressed, not very comfortable; another point to reconsider is the outdoor parking
Where the spaces are very tight, and additionally, the cars were poorly parked. Otherwise, the staff is accessible and the location is good.

Good but ...
Just one towel for the shower, hands, etc. That feels a bit short.
On the other hand, the breakfast is very basic. Few local and homemade items. Industrial fruit juice, pastries as well. A local cheese platter would be nice, etc. So it's a bit expensive for what it is.
Good experience overall.

an exceptional night reception
Arriving late at night, we were put in touch with Omar and Zoulira, based in Perpignan, who remotely manage the entire residence of Montélimar. From the first exchanges, we were amazed by their responsiveness, calm, kindness and incredible professionalism.
Frankly, we have never seen such a level of remote service. They managed everything with perfect control: ultra-efficient virtual welcome, clear and precise explanations, anticipation of needs, and flawless availability despite the late hour. It was not only better organized than many physical greetings we could have known, but above all carried by a real human warmth and exceptional customer attention.
Omar and Zoulira embody professionalism in what it has achieved: rigour, empathy, efficiency and class. They turn a nightly arrival, which could have been stressful, into a smooth, pleasant and reassuring experience. These two people are real pearls and well deserve to be highlighted and recognized by their hierarchy.
If we had to define the ideal customer service, we would quote Omar and Zoulira without hesitation. They are exceptional, remarkable and unforgettable.
Huge thanks to both of them. We definitely recommend the Apartment City of Montélimar, and especially this shocking duo that honors the whole chain.
