FAMILY HOTEL

Family-type hotel where good humor is present. Nicolas is very professional and goes above and beyond to ensure your complete satisfaction. The breakfast is continental-style. The most discerning will find their happiness. The hotel is in its original state. A little refreshment is more than necessary, especially regarding the carpet. The air conditioning in the room is not powerful enough to cool down properly, especially during heatwaves like the current one. There is no elevator, which can be a disadvantage. Fortunately, the staff is present to offer assistance.
The hotel is well located in the city center.
This allows for movement without using one's vehicle.

Pool was fantastic for our kids, location is great as a night stop over and parking is safe and secure - great when you are travelling with a roof box. Staff were super lovely and helpful - but and it’s a big but the whole hotel needs some TLC and a very big update. The carpets are super worn everywhere, our bed on one side was all collapsed, the chair in our room was a bit broken - everything just a little tired.

correct step

I wanted to test this hotel even though I am a member of the Accor group.
dated hotel but not devoid of a certain old-fashioned charm
friendly welcome
respect for my wishes during the reservation
breakfast without surprises but with the essentials
I tested this hotel group but will remain loyal to the aforementioned group

Overall the hotel was clean the staff were very helpful and multi linguistic their English was very good.
The big let down was the bed in room 105
The mattress was full of depression’s where numerous people over time have sat on the edge of the bed and the mattress structure had collapsed
It needed replacing a long time ago.

okay enough hotel, no elevator, dirty facilities around pool and sauna, very hot in the room, air conditioning works poorly. very slippery in the shower. closed parking is inside a hotel area, have to drive through the pedestrian zone to get there.
