Welcoming very clean room very well placed quiet place and surrounded by greenery which is very nice when you want to rest

Bad experience

Hotel that gives false testimony about a couple.
The 2 female receptionists both gave false testimony of domestic violence regarding a couple who stayed there quite regularly out of jealousy of their relationship.
Be careful with this hotel.

Never, ever again. You walk up to your room and a member of staff is just sitting in your room looking at you, and then she pretends she doesn't understand you. Then she walks by a few times and taps on the door, I walk over and she starts swearing in French. .. we have now put chairs in front of the door.. terrifying and you can't reach anyone

To flee

A shame! When I booked I had specified that I would arrive very late at night (around 3am) but having been late I tried to warn the hotel of my delay but nobody at the end of the line after several tests just an automatic voice but impossible to go further. So I continue my journey but arriving to my surprise already a haughty hostess, texting on her phone. We feel like we are disturbing a lot. This one announces that we have cancelled our stay despite the fact of having warned pr mail. I explain that I tried to reach them but impossible which does not seem to surprise her. On the other hand she tells us not to worry that we will be refunded our cancelled stay (2 nights). So we have to pay again 1 night! We access the room where the bathroom is not clean, the room medium and sheets when we lifted them with hair (photos) as well as a hole above the window plugged with toilet paper!!. I went out to ask for towels because there were none, the hostess was communicating on her personal phone and instead of cutting or making the person wait she asks me what I want while continuing her conversation . Cleaning women smoking triggered the fire alarm and the bedroom smelled like cigarettes! Catastrophic stay.
Anyway today Monday 4 November 2024 NO refund of our 2 nights cancelled for no reason and still no news of my email sent!

To avoid

A word of advice, check the room before you pay. Hotel that seems to be being renovated, the 1st floor seems much better... for my part impossible to lock my door from the inside and even from the outside, I went down to find a solution but no one! No better for the toilet....
