Located in Megeve city centre, this chalet-style hotel is 350 metres from the Chamois cable car. It offers en suite guest rooms with free Wi-Fi and balcony overlooking the mountains.

The staff were friendly and approachable, and unfailingly helpful with all our queries. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ample and very tasty. The hotel is also extremely well positioned for everything in town. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Very disappointing experience – no value for money
We stayed two nights at this property and our experience was very disappointing.
The positives:
- The location: Only 200m from the village centre, it is extremely convenient to get around on foot.
Parking: Easy access to outdoor parking.
Outside: The hotel has a good exterior, with neat lighting and renovated outdoor areas that give a good first impression.
The negatives (the shock inside):
Unfortunately, as soon as you walk through the bedroom door, the scenery changes.
Old and clean: The rooms are in a tragic state. The carpet is at least 20 years old, it is completely discolored. The furniture is damaged, and the cleanliness leaves something to be desired (the coffee table literally stuck dirt).
Bathroom: Unacceptable. The sanitary accessories are of very poor quality and the whole thing hardly sees.
Security: The staircase to the mezzanine was so steep that it became dangerous, even for an adult, and even more so for children.
Breakfast: A disaster. The bare minimum with "ready-to-use" industrial products. It is clear that there is no kitchen to prepare anything fresh.
Conclusion: The value for money is non-existent. The rates charged do not correspond at all to the hotel standards in Megève. This property is closer to a hostel or a low-end 2-star hotel than a boutique hotel. Very disappointing.

Comme je vous l'avais indiqué lors de votre check-out, nous sommes pleinement conscients que notre établissement mérite une modernisation en profondeur. C'est pourquoi un important plan de rénovation est d'ores et déjà programmé pour 2027. L'objectif est de transformer entièrement l'intérieur de l'hôtel pour qu'il soit à la hauteur de son cadre extérieur et des prestations attendues dans une destination comme Megève, où les tarifs sont généralement élevés, particulièrement en haute saison. Vos remarques, notamment sur l'état des chambres, des salles de bain et la configuration de la mezzanine, seront précieuses dans la définition de ce futur projet.
Nous vous remercions également pour vos commentaires sur le petit-déjeuner. Nous regrettons que celui-ci n'ait pas été à la hauteur et nous réfléchissons, en attendant les travaux, aux ajustements que nous pourrions apporter pour offrir une prestation de meilleure qualité.

Quiet but perfect
Just back from 3 days skiing, this hotel is an absolute gem, nice and small with great service from the friendly staff, not a ski in ski out but next door to the bust station to get to the slopes, loved a couple of drinks by the open fire in the evening!!
Definitely recommend, and will definitely return.

Very cozy and comfortable. In city centre, everything is maximum 5 minutes walk. Ideal location, nice staff!
