One night at the ibis Massy
For fear of missing, tt the group shows up on time and even early and rushes like a cloud of locusts. Despite the notable efforts of the staff present, and the opening of a second buffet, there were discontents.
One of them was at the front desk. We have the right to be dissatisfied, but by correction, we express it in a polite and discreet way without taking witness to the rest of the clientele .
Congratulations to the receptionist who kept calm and remained courteous!

Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to our expectations. The room had a foul smell, a mixture between smell of feet and sewers. The walls were so thin that we were treated to the snoring of the neighbor (a real tractor!) all night, despite the balls squired. Poor quality bedding.
The breakfast was fame, with very little choice, dry produce and not encouraging. The products were scattered here and there, some on the bar, towards the counter, other products in a refrigerator that held in balance on a shelf, etc.
Big organizational problem. The tables were dirty and sticky, the seats were smashed, with huge holes. Staff do not seem to be fully invested and only appear to be present.
Pros: secure parking, closed at night. Close to Orly airport, restaurants also nearby.
