Very new

Very beautiful renovated hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. The breakfast is excellent: Palais des Thés tea with real tea, including bags to make it yourself. My son loved the fruit salad. The triple room is well designed for children.

Successfully renovated hotel. Very pleasant room with air conditioning that works well. Good quality breakfast.

The room was lovely and clean,breakfast was adequate, air con was wonderful. The young man that welcomed us was very good. We asked for a ground floor room as we can't make the stairs easily as my husband has arthritis in his knee and I have neuropathy. He was so kind and although we had been allocated a room he changed it to the ground floor. He deserves praise for his kindness. We really did appreciate it.

This hotel was adequate for our purposes. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good but dinner was expensive for what we received.

Too expensive for the service provided.

Double beds with a mattress topper that does not hold well (I would have preferred a bed for two), insufficient water pressure in the shower, energy savings are fine, but if it takes twice as long to shower, it’s pointless, no light in the hallway, and extremely long service at the restaurant (2 hours and 30 minutes for a meal that was more than mediocre is pathetic).
The price paid does not match the service...

Concernant la literie, nous tenons à préciser que celle-ci a été entièrement rénovée et équipée de surmatelas neufs. Nous sommes désolés que l'installation n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes sur ce séjour, et nous transmettons votre remarque à nos équipes d'entretien afin de vérifier le bon maintien de l'ensemble.
Pour l'éclairage des couloirs, celui-ci est effectivement géré par détecteurs de présence dans une démarche d'économie d'énergie. Si vous avez constaté un dysfonctionnement, notre équipe est disponible 24h/24 et reste à votre entière disposition pour intervenir rapidement en cas de souci de ce type.
Concernant la pression de la douche, nous vous remercions pour cette remarque, qui sera prise en compte afin d'affiner le réglage de nos nouvelles installations.
Au sujet du temps de service au restaurant, une durée de 2h30 nous surprend, n'ayant aucune trace dans nos systèmes d'un repas d'une telle durée. Nous prenons néanmoins votre commentaire en considération et resterons attentifs sur ce point.
Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre séjour n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes au regard du tarif appliqué, et espérons avoir l'occasion de vous accueillir à nouveau afin de vous offrir une expérience pleinement satisfaisante.
