To avoid!!!!!
Meals and breakfasts of an exemplary incorrectness (powdered soup, mashed water, frozen dessert and so on, not to mention morning orange juice more water than anything else). No display of meals and when you ask, at lunch to know, they don't know!!!!! I had been coming for 3 years but it's over!

In the evening we asked if they could give us a small bottle of water and they told us to drink TAP WATER, when we refused they gave us a small glass of water a little bigger than the liquor glasses (literally, I'm not kidding) to take to the room expecting that quantity to be enough for 2 PEOPLE
The menu is the same for everyone and the quantities are worse than what they gave you in the school cafeteria. The glasses, as I already said, are as small as the palm of a hand. If you have allergies (or if you are vegetarian or vegan) I warn you that you must declare it right away when you check in because apparently they don't even bother to ask (and since the food is the same for everyone it could be dangerous).
The structure is dirty and poorly maintained, in 3 nights they didn't come to clean the room not even once. If there are very few sockets and the only socket you can use to charge your computer is the socket where the TV is also plugged in. There is no refrigerator or even a safe. A room for two seems like a single and the bathroom is as big as a closet. There was only a small closet for two people, at the end of June the beds still had a duvet and no sheet, so either you covered yourself with the duvet or you didn't cover yourself.

Only positive point close to the sanctuary on foot. You still have to park your car before...................................

Added to our pilgrimage experience
Perfect location in quiet but accessible area.
Few niggles but at 45€ a night, I'm not going to complain.
Room had good WiFi, comfy bed, clean towels & nice shower gel ( in dispenser) large window with shutters.
We asked for a double but only twin available, just pushed them together, easily sorted.
Free Car Parking too ( a real bonus)
10€ a day to park in Lourdes
